Focusing on waterfront properties, estates, farms, and timberland while at Joyner Fine Properties, Lou grew up in Richmond and knows the area well. She graduated from St. Catherine's and received her Bacherlor's degree from Hollins College with a double major in English and Art History. Living just a few miles east of Richmond on the Pamunkey River, she's located at the hub of serving Richmond, Williamsburg, and the Chesapeake Bay. She also has experience selling early historical homes.
Lou has been active in real estate sales since 1978. She is an Accredited Land Consultant, a designation given by the National Association of REALTORS®. She has held a number of leadership positions in REALTOR® organizations including the presidency of the Middle Peninsula Association of REALTORS®, now called the Chesapeake Bay Association, and served for 10 years as a member of the Board of the Virginia Chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute. Lou is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
